Our system is equipped with self diagnostics procedures, which prevents system from running when any settings was changed in an unexpected way. Our system maintain internally two copies of each settings and during startup OSD compares both copies together to ensure that all settings are still correct, and if any difference is found, OSD will show message:
Internal Diagnostics found error(s) :
followed by list of all settings with inconsistent values. Name of settings in this list is usually equal to OSD menu command which changes this settings.
This means that for some reason copies are inconsistent and present settings may be wrong, and need to be reviewed and changed to proper value. Such inconsistency may happened when power is disconnected while any settings is changed. It may happen that one copy is already stored but second is not due to power failure. When such messaage appears often, it may suggest hardware mailfunction.
Never try to fly when this diagnostics message appears, until reviewing and storing proper settings. Wrong settings may cause crash and may put you or other people into danger.
The simplest way is to restore last stored OSD settings backup using FPV_manager. This will make both internal copies equal with proper settings.
In case when restorng backup is not posssible (e.g. it happens on airfield or backup do not exists), user should open OSD menu and go to listed settings and change it to proper value. This will make both copies equal.
After restoring proper value always restart OSD to check consistency of all settings once more.
