New 2.70rc5 pack has changes  in OSD firmware:

-Added API command for setting altitude/course in HOLD mode

-Mavlink output  GPS_RAW_INT message has incorrect value of time_usec field.

-Udated procedure for proper handling  proprietary messages ($PMTK)  for  g.top015 GPS module.
